Words can’t explain my gratitude for the beautiful service you gave my Mum. She would have been so proud, you did everything from the heart, you spoke from the heart and when you read out my words, I couldn’t have done a better job, you had empathy, caring and understanding. A quick note to thank you so much for the way you conducted the service for my Dad yesterday. So many friends and family who attended commented on how moving it was, and especially on the way you presented yourself.

 

 

I personally felt you captured the essence of the lovely man my Dad was. It was important to me that his War Service be remembered and respected, and you did this for me.
